• Collaborate on presentation projects
• Access AI-powered content enhancement tools

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. When you register for an account, you may be required to provide certain information about yourself.

You agree that the information you provide to us is accurate and that you will keep it accurate and up-to-date at all times. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SlideMint and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Generated Presentations

You own the presentations generated using our Service, subject to our underlying intellectual property rights in the Service itself. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of any third-party content (such as YouTube videos) complies with applicable copyright laws and terms of service.

7. Subscription and Payment Terms

Some features of the Service may be provided for a fee. You will be clearly informed of any fees before they are charged.

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

All payments are processed securely through our payment processor. We do not store your payment information on our servers.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SlideMint and its licensors, licensees, distributors, third-party suppliers, licensors, and/or affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or contact us to request account deletion.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SlideMint operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
